Updated on September 16, 2019

The Label Limited’s (“The Label”) Privacy Policy is designed to provide clarity regarding your use of our games published and made available to you by Apple through its Apple Arcade service (“Games”). By installing and using our Games, you agree to The Label’s Privacy Policy. If you have questions or complaints regarding our privacy policy or practices, please contact us as described below.

The Label and its subsidiary companies know that you care how information about you is used and shared. We respect the privacy rights of consumers, and recognize the importance of protecting your information. Accordingly, we have adopted this global online Privacy Policy regarding your information as follows:

Our Games use only services provided by Apple. For information on data stored by Apple services, please refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not store personal or gameplay data on our servers. We do not share any data with third parties.

Although the Apple Arcade version of our Games make use of player data, our Games do not send this data to The Label or the developer. All data described in this Privacy Policy is stored locally on your device or sent only to Apple (for Game Center or iCloud).

If you do not want the Games to collect this data and information, then you must delete the Games from your device and, if you have enabled saving information in iCloud, from iCloud.

In order to participate in Apple’s Game Center, the Games will also collect (i) your Apple Game Center Team Player ID and (ii) your progress in the Games (e.g., levels completed, scores, coins collected, and unlockables). You can turn off tracking of this information—but if you do, then certain features of the Games won’t work. For example, you won’t be able to keep your coins collected or unlockables. For further instructions about turning off this type of tracking, go to the settings menu within the Games. As a result, you will only be able to play in single player offline mode. To stop sending data to Game Center, you must sign out of Game Center in Apple Settings. As a result, you will not appear on leaderboards.

We handle data from children under 13 years of age, or equivalent minimum age in the child’s relevant jurisdiction, in the same way as other users and as described in this Policy. We limit our data collection and use to persistent identifiers to support the internal operations of the game only. If you are a parent, you can decline to have that data collected from your child by turning off iCloud for our game and signing your child out of Game Center. If you wish to request deletion of the data we have collected as described in this Policy, please contact us at

If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding our Privacy Policy and/or practices, please send an email to
